Welcome to the Islamic center
In The Name Of Allah
The Beneficent The Merciful
For many years, the Muslim families of Somerset, Swansea, and Fall River have longed for a dedicated space to come together for worship, community, and learning. The current masjid in Fall River, while a blessing, has reached its capacity and can no longer accommodate the growing number of families from these towns.
Establishing a masjid in each of these areas is not just about convenience, it is about fulfilling a spiritual need. A masjid is the heart of a Muslim community. It is where we strengthen our connection with Allah (SWT), where our children learn the beauty of Islam, where hearts are united in prayer, and where friendships are built on faith.
The presence of a masjid brings countless blessings: it offers a place for daily and Friday prayers, Ramadan gatherings, Eid celebrations, youth programs, educational classes, and a refuge in times of personal or communal hardship. By coming together to establish masajid in Somerset, Swansea, and Fall River, we are building not just physical spaces, we are nurturing faith, unity, and the next generation of Muslims.
Let us come together in this noble effort, for as the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Whoever builds a masjid for the sake of Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.”
